Cream Cheese Swirl Brownies

Turns out brownies can get better!

Ingredients
  • 125 g butter
  • 200 g chocolate
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • ¼ cup icing sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Melt butter in saucepan, remove from heat and mix through chocolate and sugar. Whisk in 2 of the eggs, flour and vanilla. In a separate bowl, beat the crappers out of cream cheese, egg, icing sugar and lemon juice. In a square cake tin pour in ¾ of the brownie batter. Top with cream cheese mix, then blob on remaining brownie mix and swirl through. Bake at 180 deg cel until the middle is just firm.

Oh my goodness I didn’t think brownies could get any better…. But guess what!!!! CREAM CHEESE SWIRL BROWNIES!!!!!!!!!!! I may be a little too excited about these but oh my goodness…. so much yum!!!!
