Monkey Wrench Block
Hello happy sewers! How is it February already??? This month we are going to be brave and conquer half square triangles, wooohooo!!! I know for those at the beginning of their patchworking journey they can seem a bit tricky and there are many ways to attack them but fear not, we will be using a really simple method. Before we begin, make sure you grab your pattern here:
Righteo, so as always first up we need to pick fabric. Unlike the log cabin last month there isn’t any real ‘rules’ on what will be most effective. Personally I love a good stripe for a bit of ‘bling’ and love the way that the stripes radiate around if used in the strip. However, you do you!
