Granola

A delicious way to start your day

Ingredients
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup sultanas
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Melt peanut butter, honey, cinnamon and coconut oil over low heat. Add everything else and mixed through. Sprinkle onto a tray and bake for 5-10 min at 220 deg cel. This is really yummy too if you add hazelnuts, almonds or anything else you love in muesli. Serve with yogurt and fruit.
