Healthy Blueberry Banana Muffins
Scrumptious without the guilt!

Ingredients
- 4 overripe bananas (mashed)
- 3 tbsp coconut oil (or other oil or melted butter)
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups plain flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ¼ cup brown sugar (or alternate)
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp mixed spice
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Instructions

Mix up your wet and dry ingredients separately. Gently fold together then add blueberries. Bake at 180 deg cel until skewer comes out clean.
