Piemaker Smoores
Ingredients
- 125 g butter (soft)
- ⅓ cup white sugar
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1½ cups plain flour
- marshmallows (amount needed will depend on size of pie maker)
- chocolate chips or chunks
Instructions

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla then flour. Between pieces of gladwrap, roll out dough. Use pie maker base cutter to cut out 4 'cookies'. Lay the sheets of dough into a cold pie maker. Fill each pie with marshmallows. Close lid and turn on. Cook until edges are nicely browned and marshmallows are melted. Sprinkle over chocolate and hold lid just above it for a few moments until it melts. Turn off pie maker and let cool for easiest removal.
