Ingredients:
- 1kg mutton / lamb chops (I used neck chops today but could use any)
- 1 tin of pineapple pieces / crushed
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup worcestershire
- 1 tsp garlic
- veggies (I used 3 potatoes and 3 carrots today but just use what you have)
Method:
Mix up the pineapple juices with the sugar, worcestershire and garlic. Pour over chops and veggies and bake covered for 4 hours in a slow oven. Or stick in crock pot on high for 6 hours. You could probably do them over a low heat on the stove too. However you like!
The Ramblings:
As much as I do love Matt, absence certainly does make the heart grow fonder. I’ve found 2 nights is the perfect amount for me to enjoy some space but then be starting to miss him. So to make the house smell amazing when he got home I popped this in the oven this afternoon.
