Raspberry Slice
Simple but fantabulous.
Ingredients
- 125 g butter (soft)
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup coconut
- 1 cup SR flour
- 1 tin condensed milk
- 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
Instructions

Combine everything except raspberries well. Mix through raspberries. Bake at 180 deg cel until edges pull away from the tin and the centre is just firm. To spiff it up, drizzle with melted chocolate or dust with icing sugar.
