Roasted Zucchini Skewers

This one is quite self explanatory. Use a peeler to make ribbons. Thread them onto skewers, spray with oil, sprinkle with salt and garlic steak seasoning. Bake in a hot oven until deliciously crispy on the outside. If you want them super crispy, pop them in a slow oven and your patient pants on and let them dry out and crisp up and go a lovely golden brown.
