Soft and chewy yet heavenly crispy, it doesn't get any better!

Ingredients
  • 125 g butter (soft)
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 2/3 cups plain flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • cinnamon sugar for rolling
Instructions
  1. Normal biscuits…. Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, vanilla and cinnamon. Add in flour and powder. Form balls and roll in cinnamon sugar. Bake at 200 deg cel and pull out just before they start going golden on top so they stay nice and soft in the centre.

The Ramblings:

Mum is still out (YAY!!!) so ramblings to a minimum… quick food for thought though, I think we probably spent less than $40 total in town today yet felt like kings with our little treats. Live doesn’t have to be grand to be enjoyed completely and lived fully.
