Super Speedy Sausages

Method:

In a big deep frying pan fry of the veggies, garlic and sauce. Bung the sausages on top of the veggies and pour over the tomatoes. Mix the sugar and stock in the tin and pour over. Stick the lid on top and simmer until sausages and veg are cooked through. Remove lid and simmer off excess liquid. Seriously good with mashed potato but perfectly yummy by itself.

Ramblings:

This is my ‘I can’t be stuffed’ dinner. It only makes one frying pan, a breadboard and knife to wash up and is on the table in 20 min max. Best part is, the boys love it. I got the best review tonight from the fussiest buttercup : “Even the veggies are good!”
