Ingredients:
- 1/4 of a big pumpkin
- 1 onion
- 1 sweet potato
- 3 carrots
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 2 tsp red curry paste
- 2 tsp chicken stock
- 4 cups water
- 3 cups milk (a tin of evaporated milk or coconut milk/cream would be heaven too!)
Method:
Pop everything except milk in the slow cooker on high for 6-8 hours.
Add milk and zoom it with the whizzy stick thingie.
Done!
