Cheeseboard Biscuits

Cheeseboard Slice and Bake Biscuits

The perfect cheeseboard crackers with the convience of just slice and bake!

Ingredients
  • 250 g butter (soft)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cups plain flour
  • 1 tbsp mixed herbs (or finely chopped fresh rosemary)
  • 1 tbsp onion flakes
  • 2 cups finely grated cheese (can use a mixture of types)
Instructions
  1. Cream butter and sugar. Add worcestershire then everything else. Shape into a log and roll in glad wrap. Pop in the fridge or freezer until solid. Thinly slice and bake at 200 deg cel until lightly browned. Serve with cheese and chutney or relish.

The Ramblings

I’m a huge fan of a good cheeseboard. So last night I made these, some farmhouse cheese and a tomato relish that I set with gelatin for our pre-races get together this afternoon. Very excited for cheese! Even more excited that everything on my board is home made, even home grown tomatoes! Not sure why, some bought stuff is just a good if not better, but it just gives me huge satisfaction when everything has come from my hands.
