Chloe’s Cupcakes
The lightest, fluffiest, easiest and most delious cupcakes you'll ever make
Servings: 24 cupcakes
Ingredients
- 250 g butter (soft)
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup milk or soda water
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups SR Flour
Instructions

Pop all ingredients in a bowl and beat for 5 minutes until very pale
and fluffy. Put in patty papers and bake in hot oven until golden.
The Ramblings:
My favourite things about recipes is the stories behind them; particularly the people they remind me of. These patty cakes came from the Bell S.S. cook book that was put together when I was little. At the time, Chloe was my arch nemesis of the primary school world, now, she is one of my oldest and dearest friends and although we live so far apart, making her patty cakes always makes me smile.
