Granola
A delicious way to start your day
Ingredients
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- 2 cups rolled oats
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup sultanas
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Melt peanut butter, honey, cinnamon and coconut oil over low heat. Add everything else and mixed through. Sprinkle onto a tray and bake for 5-10 min at 220 deg cel. This is really yummy too if you add hazelnuts, almonds or anything else you love in muesli. Serve with yogurt and fruit.
