We love a good cheeseboard but always seem to be out of crackers when we need them… Not any more, super simple crackers for the win!
Quick, easy and super customisable
- 2 cups plain flour
- ¾ cup greek yogurt
- ¼ cup olive oil
Mix all ingredients together and add desired seasonings. Personally I love salt, pepper and all purpose seasing but get creative!! When it comes together in a ball, knead thoroughly. The dough should be quite moist but not overly sticky. Roll out to desired thickness (I prefer mine quite thin but Matt likes the thicker ones), cut into shapes and bake at 200 deg cel until just browned.
Ps, try these with homemade cheese!
The Ramblings:
Not much to ramble about today. This working from home has me much more up to date on here for once! Sadly that means news, aside from the super simple, super scrumptious crackers, is thin on the ground.
The only noteworthy happening is the discovery that going for drives in the paddock now requires me to hold my tummy… Or it kind of feels like shes going to fall out of my belly button. Side note, I’m ever grateful for my friend Meg who all those years ago taught me about ‘popping a squat’! Little Miss lodges her protest about the bumping and thumping by using my bladder as a trampoline, giving me ample opportunity to water what little grass there is….
