Banana Chocolate Chip Slice

Fudgy and decadent!

Ingredients
  • 125 g butter (soft)
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 bananas (mashed)
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup SR flour
  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbsp custard powder
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions

  1. Mix everything together. Pour into a slice tray and bake at 180 deg cel until nicely golden on top and pulling away at the edges. Because it's quite fudgy, it's a good idea to let it cool and set a little before cutting.
