The changed chops...
Brown chops, veggies, garlic and onion in a big lidded saucepan or casserole pot. Mix up remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Simmer or bake for 1 1/2 hours. If I have time though I like to doing them over a low heat for much longer or stick them in the slow cooker so that the meat falls off the bones beautifully. Great served with mashed potato to sop up all the yummy sauciness!
