Blueberry Cobbler in a Mug

Dessert for 1 in under 5 min

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup plain flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ¼ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
Instructions

  1. Mix up everything except maple syrup blueberries in a separate cup or little bowl. In your mug mix your maple syrup and blueberries then pop batter on top. Zap in the zappy box for a minute and a half. Stunning with a scoop of icecream or yogurt.
