Today I used a chocolate cake mix and chocolate chips as my additive but the sky really is the limit! Previously I've used butter cake mixes with choc chips and marshmallows to make smores cookies, totally amazing!!! Word to the wise though... If you want to use marshmallows, lash out and spend a bit extra for the mini baking ones... The homebrand confectionery ones turn to a sugary mess in the oven!
