Chocolate Chip Biscuits or Slice

Doug's favourite

Ingredients
  • 125 g butter (soft)
  • ⅓ cup white sugar
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1⅓ cups plain flour (or just 1 cup for biscuits)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup choc chips
Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla and keep beating. Add flour & baking powder. Add choc chips. Push into square cake tin or roll into balls and bake at 180 deg cel for about 20-30 min.
