Coke Chocolate Cake

Incredibly moist, super quick and bugger all washing up!

Ingredients
  • 125 g butter
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 can coke (I like using vanilla)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups self raising flour
Instructions

  1. Bring butter, sugar, cocoa and coke to the boil in a big saucepan. Let cool for a few minutes before mixing in the eggs and flour. Bake at 180 deg cel until a skewer comes out clean.
