Ooey, gooey, yummy, chewy, better than wombat stew!
Cream butter and suggar. Add peanut butter, egg and vanilla then chuck in oats and flour. Once well beaten, add in everything else. Drop dessert spoons of mixture onto trays (roll if you want to look proper flash) and bake at 180 until bottoms just start to brown. Let cool on trays so they firm up nicely.
