Grandma's Coconut Slice

A perfect classic

Ingredients
  • 125 g butter (melted)
  • 1 cup SR flour
  • 1 cup coconut
  • ½ cup brown sugar
Instructions

  1. Mix everthing together and push into a slice tray. Bake at 180 deg cel until lightly golden. Ice with chocolate icing while still hot.
