5 ingredients and simply scrumptious
Combine the brown sugar, honey and milk in a microwave safe jug. Nuke until warm and stir until honey and sugar have dissolved in nicely. Stir through flour and salt. Pop in a loaf tin and bake in a slow oven (about 130 deg cel) until a skewer comes out clean. Ice if desired while slightly warm with a stiff buttercream.
I know my method is a little different to Gma's, however, in chilly Toowoomba weather this morning I had a lot more success convincing the rock solid honey to mix in this way. Suit yourself but either works!
