A fabulously filling snack to always have on hand.
Soak dates in 2 cups of boiling water with tea leaves. Chuck everything except the muesli in a sauce pan and boil, stirring, until the dates break down a fair bit and everything caramelises a little. Zoom up with a zoomie stick to break down any dates or tea leaves that are still kicking around. Mix in muesli and push into a tray. It's a good idea to lay a sheet of baking paper on top so you can press down harder and create a really even top. Stick in the freezer. These are best kept in the frozen so they don't get sticky, but you can eat them basically straight out of the freezer. Probably not great lunchbox material but perfect for grabbing a quick snack as you race out the door.
