An Aussie version of PB&J
Beat the crappers out of cream cheese, peanut butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla then flour and baking powder. Roll balls, poke holes and fill with Jam. Bake at 180 deg cel until bottoms are lightly browned.
I did some with bought jam, and some with the sugar plum jam I made the other day and must say, the bought jam was okay, but the texture of the homemade stuff came out much nicer.
