Pantry staples turned into scrumptiousness in minutes
Mix together biscuits, coconut and butter then push into base of a square cake tin. Stick in the freezer while you make the top. Chuck everything else in a saucepan over low heat and whisk until very thick. Smear on base and chill for at least an hour or two. If you wanted to jazz it up a bit, try toasting some shredded coconut and sprinkling on top.
