The Ramblings:
So in my infinite wisdom, a few weeks ago I thought it would be a whiz bang idea to take a 4 week old baby to ram sale… Stinking hot day…. About an hour and a half from home…. rocks in my head…. Mercifully she was a little angel, but still, what an idiot… I did get organised and make a batch of Grandma’s coconut slice to take. Fabulous for while I was feeding in the car aircon!
Speaking of rocks, we haven’t made a big deal of it, because obviously Hazel is the news of the hour… However, Matt and I bought a sparkly rock and a bit of wire a few days before Hazel was born!!! No intention on acting on it any time soon… like lots of years…. Hazel has us more tied to each other forever than any piece of paper… However, I feel much less scarlet lady with a baby!
